Gretchen has been in the mortgage industry since 2010, learning the nuts and bolts of mortgages from the bottom up. Prior to starting at the front desk of a mortgage office, she had 10-year career as a massage therapist where she found her strength in connecting with people, understanding individual needs, and offering solutions. As a mortgage broker, Gretchen uses her strengths to offer the best loan options and real estate strategies to her clients—whether it’s working with a realtor to structure a strong offer with the buyer’s best interest in mind or finding a loan program to fit a client’s unique financial situation.

For years, Gretchen led workshops for first-time homebuyers and developed a passion for helping them reach their real estate goals. She ensures that her clients understand the mortgage process by encouraging them to ask questions every step of the way. She has witnessed the economic power of homeownership first-hand and understands it is a life-changing event for many of her clients.

When not working, Gretchen enjoys reading magical realism and fiction literature, stand up paddle boarding, and baking.
